USDA on Wednesday announced the checks are going out for the Pandemic Assistance Revenue Program (PARP) after the Farm Service Agency received nearly $7 billion in applications from 38,500 producers to split a $223 million pot of money.
The company, Agridime LLC out of Fort Worth, Texas, is now under a court-ordered receivership out of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas with Agridime s assets frozen after the SEC obtained a temporary restraining order against Agridime and its owners.
