Police say the suspect is from Orange County and they say he was discharged from parole just 10 days prior to alleged on ducks. We dont know what the connection was to the east bay or san heand droe. The suspect left the bay area on a plane. A Business Owner recognized the ditched vehicle on the news. There is a good chance this case would be open today.
