we re just a few minutes away from the closing bell on what has been a fairly muted day on wall street. let s have a quick look at the big board. see a lot of movement up and down over the break even line. right now, we re about 40 points higher. checking the other markets, it has been a mixed day through the course of the day but everything is in the green at the moment. in the last hour, planned parenthood filed a lawsuit along with the american medical association arguing a new rule from the trump administration could become, quote, a national public health crisis. the lawsuit was filed against health and human services secretary alex azar for what s been labeled the trump administration s gag rule. that rule could stop taxpayer-funded family planning clinics from referring women for abortions. title 10 is the only federal grant program dedicated to providing individuals with comprehensive family planning and related preventative health
