The Yale Law School Worker & Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic is one of four groups that brought the suit a year ago in March. The other groups are Lawyers for Civil Rights out of Boston; the private firm of WilmerHale from Washington, D.C., which provided legal services pro bono, and Rights Behind Bars.
