The shooting occurred in the Rushfair area by Fairbanks Drive and Rushing Road.
An investigation by detectives with the Crimes Against Persons Unit was underway early Monday.
The shooting was the second in the neighborhood over the weekend after a girl was wounded Saturday in a shooting at a home on Kodiak Avenue.
