Its a different world view. Most effective . I think the thing we did really well in 2012 in particular was applying best practices from large scale ecommerce to making donation process as efficient as possible. Its not super sexy but its things like speed kills. The faster the system is, the more people donate. If at any point in the process there is any kind of lag, you are just introducing an opportunity for people to get bored. Speed matters a lot. We used to joke about making the process as easy so easy that if people tripped and hit their head on the computer they would give us money by mistake. Preferably more money. Ideally. And doing things like amazon and large ecommerce retailers have allowed you to save Payment Information for a long time. You can buy with you go on. I want to buy that. Project is to balance those protecting, protecting from risk, those persons who, where ones immigration status is going to bear on their ability to exercise their rights, but also recognizing that those are some of the most Vulnerable People and some of the people are being exploited, exploited the most, and so have the most recent to try to exercise those rights. At the outset of any of our cases, we do an analysis of whether, how is immigration status going to play a role. Sometimes the fact that a client is undocumented is actually going to be an element of the civil rights of use. You will have an employee who has been sexually harassed for years or even Sexual Assaulted for years because the employer has threatened to turn them over to ice, oftentimes what they will say. That will sort of beat somebody into submission, that sort of threat. We really keen on trying to make sure that we can give voice to those people, that at the same token, same time not putting them at some sort o
