Josep Borrell, the European Union High Representative, will be on a visit to Georgia from Thursday to Friday to discuss progress on the country’s European integration path and exchange views on wider foreign policy and regional matters, the bloc’s diplomatic service said on Monday.
The existing relations between Georgia and Germany and future prospects of cooperation, as well as Georgia’s European Union integration, were discussed on Tuesday in a meeting by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Bärbel Bas, the President of the German Bundestag, who is on an official visit to the country.
