Picture: Tara Miko Police charged Mr Smith, 24, in early December, about two months after the fatal crash south west of Mackay. The McEwans Beach man is facing one count each of dangerous driving causing death and low range drink driving. The case against Brent Jordan Smith, who is charged over a fatal crash that killed Sarina mum Tamara Boland, has been adjourned until later this year.
