how do you deal with the fact that rosenstein is conflicted as you say? there are many ways of doing it number one, you could bring a lawsuit challenging his continued appearance as the person who is supervising the whole investigation. second, you can bring an ethics charge. can you file an ethics charge with the bars to which is he a member saying he has no ethical right to remain on the case. but, i just don t understand as somebody who has taught legal ethics 25 years at law school the first thing you learn you can t be both a prosecutor and a witness. so much influence your role as a prosecutor to know that if the case goes a certain way, then you are a witness. if it goes another way maybe you are not a witness. you will look terrible this way. you will look better the other way. he has real self-interest. people talk about the president not pardoning himself or the president not pardoning people who are involved. here you have the person who is leading the investigation who ha

accuser but still have no answers for the initial four accusers. where are you on this? and do you think if he does win the election the u.s. senate should eat him? if mr. moore did what s been alleged, he ought to step aside. now, first, the people of alabama get to have a say. if mr. moore wins the election, i anticipate that someone in the senate will file an ethics charge. at that point there will be an investigation. the facts will be presented to us, and the senate will vote, and i don t want to prejudge those facts. i want to see what the people of alabama do. i m curious. you know, the state of louisiana went through this. your republican party went through a similar situation had you a nominee many people thought was a bit too toxic to win, and lo and behold, he
