If you look at these here, emergent, its not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, emergency procedures to prevent crosscontamination were not followed. Emergent failed to adequately train personnel to prevent Cross Contamination of these drug substances. Is there any dispute for this finding . Mr. Chair, we take those findings very seriously.
