Mogane has been cross-examined on vehicle tracking data from the day he was escorting one of the accused, Bongani Ntanzi. The investigator led Ntanzi s arrest in June 2020 and escorted him to allegedly sign two confession statements.
Sergeant Vusumuzi Mogane was giving testimony on vehicle tracking records of the car he drove while escorting the accused after he claimed police forced him to confess by assaulting him at different times while the vehicle was moving.
