Rota Jr. as the new commander of the 51st Engineer Brigade. The change-of-command rites took place at Camp Gen. Rigoberto J. Atienza, Libis, Quezon City on Monday, Army spokesperson Col. Xerxes Trinidad said in a statement. PA vice commander Brig. Gen. Steve D. Crespillo presided over the ceremony where Rota replaced acting commander Col. Jose Eduardo Liboon.
