center with more plus our travel forecast. hey, good morning. today we re going to be tracking several areas of thunderstorms. one of them across parts of the northeast, including northeastern pennsylvania up into parts of maine. you re looking at the risk for some of these storms to produce large hail and damaging winds. as you head farther west across parts of the plains, we ll have another storm system rolling through. out there it could produce severe weather not only today but even as we head into tomorrow. so several areas there to track for possible severe storms. now, the big story in the northeast has been how hot it has been. you can see that temperatures for today are forecast to be hot yet again. 90s. by tomorrow, a lot cooler out there across the region. all right. thank you, maria. well, it is one of the most coveted spots, the super bowl halftime stage. and this morning word is there may be an encore performance.
