Its a mouthful, but this is the heart of it, asking voters whether pot use should be expanded into new or existing businesses as long as it gets the neighborhoods approval. Now the supporters of the proposal delivered 10,800 signatures to the denver businesses to provide a space for people 21 and over to consume marijuana and marijuana related products out of view from the public. They say theyre trying to address the issue that while Recreational Marijuana is legal in colorado, not everyone can smoke it where they live because of landlord restrictions and the like. All this while still complying with the Clean Indoor Air act by having people light up either on a rooftop deck or patio.
