A crowd gathered in the Columbia Heights neighborhood for a vigil to do just that. The sorry yil and march to a nearby church was in honor of 20 children and six School Staff Members killed in connecticut. President obama says this is not just an issue for lawmakers and law enforcement. He says its going to take all americans standing up and saying enough on behalf of our kids. With what took place in connecticut, many citizens are feeling a driving force to come out and speak in opposition to the gun violence which plagues our country.
