Throughout the duration of the 20132014 term, the Youth Commission has been working with the Youth Leadership program called project what. Which is comprised of youth with incarcerated parents either formally incarcerate or currently incarcerated parents. On mar 2014, the board of supervisors held a hearing of incarcerated youth and the various departments that provides services for youth with incarcerated parents.
