( marty ) breaking overnight in the east bay, the chp is investigating a freeway shooting on highway 4 in concord. it happened around 2 saturday afternoon. the chp was investigating a silver honda that had drven off the road and hit a guard rail on eastbound highway 4 at port chicago highway. officers found bullet holes on the driver s side door. the woman behind the wheel was pronounced dead at the scene. she was the only person in the car. the chp hasn t released her name nor a motive. ( marty ) a man is in the hospital after he was shot in the head early this morning in oakland. police found the victim at 96th avenue and sunnyside street. the shooting happened just after one a-m. no word on the victim s condition. police have not arrested any suspects.
