GRAND FORKS, ND (KFGO) – A person of interest in a Grand Forks murder investigation has been arrested in Moorhead. 32-year-old Emanuel Garza was arrested on unrelated warrants.
Garza is one of two men sought in the death of 55-year-old Jeffrey Shulzitski of Grand Forks, who was found dead in a room at the Budget Inn Express Motel on Dec. 5.
Police are still looking for another person, 28-year-old Vincent Villarreal. Villarreal was seen leaving the motel.

Police took Emanuel Garza into custody on unrelated warrants.
He is wanted for questioning along with Vincent Villarreal in the death of Jeffrey Shulzitski.
His body was found on December 5th inside a room at Budget Inn Express in Grand Forks.
Police say he died of homicidal violence.
Villarreal was last seen leaving the area on foot.

A person of interest in the homicide of Jeffrey Shulzitski has been arrested in Minnesota.
Emanuel Garza, 32, was apprehended in Moorhead on unrelated warrants, according to a release from the Grand Forks Police Department. Police were seeking Garza s location because he was identified as someone who might have information about Shulzitski s death.
Shulzitski, 55, was found dead of apparent homicide in a room at the Budget Inn Express in Grand Forks on Dec. 5.
