we re either getting it really right or really wrong. so i would say the nutrition is huge. i was totally feeding the disease. how did you change? what did you change? very slowly. really? i had three major surgeries in the army, so i had a lot of intestinal problems. i ate very bland foods. high carbs, i was a runner. they re addictive. they are. but they re bland. so i wasn t upsetting my esophagus and stomach and everything. so i was on this huge bland diet. when i started to read what foods warm you up and what foods cool you down, none of the cool you down foods. all the warm-you-up. all those that warm you up. so it made sense. that s the thing. it s all common sense. i totally changed my diet, the way i eat. coffee, i drank two pots of coffee in the army. i know, it s so acidic and inflammatory. two pots of coffee a day.
