A 37-year-old police officer, Rehak Stefecekova took silver at the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Games, and missed Rio in 2016 due to the birth of her son.

Cid-Díaz y García-Canalejo firman la sexta plaza en sus finales de dos sin timonel Agencias MADRID, 29 (EUROPA PRESS) Las parejas españolas formadas por Aina Cid y Virginia Díaz y por Javier García y Jaime Canalejo no han podido estar este jueves en la pelea por las medallas en sus finales del dos sin timonel del remo de los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio y han finalizado ambas en la sexta plaza. Los primeros en buscar la medalla han sido los dos remeros andaluces iban en la cuarta plaza al paso por los 1000 metros, pero finalmente no han podido firmar la remontada hacia un podio que se les ha quedado lejos. La medalla de oro ha sido para los croatas Martin y Valent Sinkovic, seguidos de los rumanos Marius Cozmiuc y Ciprian Tudosa y de los daneses Frederic Vystavel y Joachim Sutton.
