This is Spotsylvania County where we have the Flash Flood Warning but this storm in carolina line county, this is one we will watch very, very closely because eventually it will move towards King George County and then over across the river and towards Southern Maryland, and i expect that to occur within the next half an hour to an hour. He ran into me. I jumped out of the way. My mom wasnt that quick. Brad so the bicyclist, they zig and zagged and the bicyclist and little kayleigh zigged in the same direction. The bicyclist ran over her. And what has happened next is really what has people upset. The bicyclist just got back on his bike according to kayleighs mom and rode away. Didnt even turn around to say sorry. So we will have more at 5 00. The po think a crime was committed. The family wants this guy to apologize.
