On Sunday, Dec. 6, 2020, Jarman Hoyal Holloway, loving husband and father of two daughters, passed away peacefully at the age of 82 at his home and entered the presence of his Heavenly father.
Hoyal was born on Dec. 15, 1937, in Spring City to Jarman and Jessie Holloway. He graduated from Spring City High School where he was an outstanding football player and continued playing the sport in college. He then served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Anchorage, Alaska. In 1963, he married the love of his life, Martha Faye Burton of Sale Creek, Tenn., and built a happy life with her for 57 years. They raised two daughters, Jan and Michele, who were the joys of his life. For over 30 years, he worked for and eventually retired from Dupont in Chattanooga, Tenn.
