Brussels, May 11, 2021, 17:45 CEST - Solvay today held its General Shareholders Meeting virtually.
Shareholders voted in favor of all the resolutions proposed. More specifically, they approved the payment of a
gross dividend of €3.75 per share for the year 2020. After deduction of the interim dividend of €1.50 gross per share, paid in January 2021, the balance amounts to €2.25 gross per share (€1.575 net, after deduction of 30% of withholding tax).
