…reads riot act to motorists The Edo State Traffic Management Agency (EDSTMA) has urged travelers passing through Benin City, the Edo State capital to make use of the Benin by-pass and avoid transiting through the city centre so as to ensure free flow of traffic and not congest major roads in the city. The Managing Director, EDSTMA, Dennis Ade Olorigbe, who made the submission, said the state government is committed to ensure the safety and security of Edo people, as well as seamless traffic during the yuletide period. According to him, “The yuletide season is a time when there is increased human and vehicular traffic around the city.
