Feb 8, 2021 Larry Collins is back on Ontario City Council, after he was chosen to take the spot of Eddie Gallo. RichlandSource.com reports Collins, who served as city council president and mayor over the years, will fill out the term through the end of this year. Collins said he enjoys helping run city government, but will not be running for another term.
