EVANSVILLE, Ind. Vanderburgh County took a step Tuesday toward expanding broadband access to rural areas, approving a consulting agreement to guide that process.

With the county going red, this continually has an impact on those smaller retail and restaurant industries, which is why having pickup and carryout is important to their survival.
