The Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau is hosting an annual candidate forum for those who are on the ballot of the November municipal elections.
Barbara (Bobbye) McCullar Grubbs was born on June 25, 1934, and entered her eternal home on September 22, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, George T. Grubbs, her great-grandson Gabriel Travis Taylor, and her mother Mary Susan McCullar. She leaves behind her son Joel T. Grubbs (Carol) and her daughter Stacy Burns
