And first, hundreds of people were evacuated from a septa train in Montgomery County this morning. After the train hit an unoccupied car on the tracks. Were expecting the river to rise up about a half foot above flood stage sometime today and its all because of this. These thick chunks of ice that jammed up the Delaware River prompting road closures and Flood Warnings. I want you to look at this. This is farther down the road in lower mayfield township. What youre looking at is river road and its hard to tell where the road starts and river ends. Police have blocked off river road from richardson and east trenton and also blocked off some of those residential side streets that lead down that way. But back to the Flood Warning, theres one in effect for southwestern Mercer County and southeastern bucks.
