East Muskingum Board approves lunch prices for new school year Niki Wolfe Correspondent NEW CONCORD The East Muskingum Local Board of Education approved the school lunchroom prices for the upcoming school year. The following prices were approved: K-5, $2.60; 6-12, $2.80; adults, $3.60; and K-12 breakfast, $1.25. Local News Briefs: BOE to meet Thursday Staff Report BOE to meet Thursday The East Muskingum Board of Education will meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m Thursday, at the John Glenn High School Library.   April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month The staff of the Haven of Hope has displayed teal ribbons at the Guernsey County Courthouse, Cambridge Municipal Court and at the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office as April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Additionally, the courthouse will be illuminated with teal lights to show support to victims of sexual assault. One in five women have experienced rape or attempted rape in their lifetime. One in 60 seven men have experience rape or attempted rape in their lifetime. Every 98 seconds an American is sexually assaulted.
