A 51-year-old Carson City man was arrested Thursday, 8:34 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. Mark Tyzbir, 51, was arrested after Carson City Sheriff s Office deputies went to the residence after learning of a domestic dispute there.
