Advice firm consolidator Fairstone has continued its spending spree by acquiring South Wales-based UskVale Financial Planning after the firm completed its downstream buy out (DBO) programme.
The deal through the DBO programme, which integrates IFA firms into the Fairstone group over a two-year period, will secure the consolidator a gross fee income of £1.2m with funds under management of.
