POCATELLO â A local fugitive was arrested early Wednesday evening after leading police on a high-speed pursuit through a residential neighborhood, Pocatello police said.
Jimmy Dale Martin Jr., 43, of Pocatello, was arrested on the outstanding warrant out of Franklin County for failing to appear in court for numerous other felony charges and also charged with felony eluding for the vehicular chase Wednesday evening, said police, adding that Martin Jr. will likely face additional criminal charges after police finish the investigation.
The motorcycle police say Jimmy Dale Martin, 43, of Pocatello, was driving during a high speed pursuit that ended in a crash on the 1200 block of East Alameda Road early Wednesday evening.
