I seen him run through here up the hill onto the sidewalk stopped, start firing and walking as he was firing. Reporter and you were shocked that he was so young . Yes. Reporter police say the gun they took from the young shooter is one of 85 illegal guns confiscated this year. Who knows where these kids are getting it from.
