Estella shares her quarantine workout routine that others can follow when traveling to Guam.
The first thing I did to prepare for my one-week mandatory (GovGuam calls it “voluntary”) quarantine at the Dusit Beach Resort was to shift my mindset about the whole ordeal.
I accepted that I would be quarantined for at least seven days and looked at the time as a respite from the grind of living in Washington, D.C.
