Good afternoon. This hearing will come to order. Before i began, i will thank the witnesses for accommodating the scheduled change today. We left the senate floor where senator Johnny Isaacson gave his Farewell Speech and may friend and colleague Ranking Member coons is down there now bidding him farewell on the speech.
