Am I the only one who has issue with the fact that an illegal bar advertises and encourages liquor distribution directly across from the Hamden high school? Who allowed anyone to even get a permit and license for something like this? The highly impressionable high school students spend class breaks Looking out the window at a bar? This bar has been defunct 14 years, isn’t it time to rethink the licensing and remove the outdoor signs? The property is in blight, and the advertising and liquor need to go.

Is there a way to request a traffic cam for an intersection? Every day for the last several DAYS, motorcycles have run straight through the red lights, at the intersection of Mix Avenue & Skiff Street. I don t mean turning on Red, I mean driving right through. That is a heavy traffic area & cars wouldn t even see the motorcycles zooming right through the red light.
