Covid-19: Dubai ramps up PCR testing for passengers

This is among the three new safety rules that Dubai announced on Wednesday.
The test should have been taken within 72 hours of travel - down from the earlier 96.
Tourists and UAE residents arriving in Dubai from any country are required to have a negative Covid-19 test report before travel.

Dubai has commenced its Pfizer-BioNTech vaccination campaign after receiving the first batch of the coronavirus vaccine on December 22.
The campaign will see Dubai Health Authority (DHA) providing the vaccination in a phased manner,
Dubai Media Office reported. The vaccine, recently approved for use by the US Food and Drug Administration, was registered by the UAE’s health ministry late on Tuesday.

Pfizer Covid jab UAE: Dubai vaccinates first few residents

The first few residents of Dubai have got the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine against Covid-19.
The Government of Dubai Media Office posted photos of residents getting the vaccine on Wednesday. @DHA Dubai (Dubai Health Authority), in coordination with #Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis & Disaster Management, & the COVID-19 Command & Control Centre, begins Covid- 19 vaccination Pfizer- BioNTech campaign, the media office tweeted as it shared the photos.
