GRAYSON The annual East Carter High School Student Art Exhibition will open with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Grayson Gallery and Art Center.
GRAYSON Schools on the east end of Carter County dismissed early on Friday due to the predicted large funeral procession for Duane Suttles, city clerk of Grayson and longtime firefighter.
