Im going to start on my immediate right in introducing them. After my introductions, im enclave meteorite his book predator the secret origins of the drug revolution is the book wes are discussing today. Ere he cut his teeth that us a rallied observer and in moving over to defense. I happen to be a fan of hisitteb earlier book called the dream machine and he had written this book predator both of which i wouldar contend are remarkable biographies. A remarkable book. Into mine left the author just recently two weeks ago a received an award of the most outstanding englishlanguage john ford affairs given by Foreign Policy magazine in university of toronto and global affairs. My 25 is frwife is from india. I still love india. Be careful yeah. But and india has enormous potential and capability. But i have to, again, simply say india has a great capacity also for disappointing. It lumbers forward like an elephant and it also operates on its own strategic agenda. People from the Indian Strategic elite and ive spoken to a few of them by accident. They all seem to be related to my inlaws in one way or another, country of 1. You know, 2 billion and Everybody Knows everybody else it seems. They are not ready to play this kind of role. They are enormously focused upon pakistan and upon internal issues and thats and the strategic agenda. So, i dont think theyre going to what we are seeing, though, at least in the maritime issues partly because china is pushing into the region and chinas support for pakistan, they are interested in countering that and in certain areas we are seeing increased cooperation. I think theres a lot of room for it, for example, u. S. And it
My friends and White House Council know that i have this view. It is thats what bush did. It is intended. It is intended to well i think that thats not sufficient particul particularly its not much of constraint. I think theres a Real Advantage in having legal advice come from the attorney general i spent three months in the white house before going to the justice department. I athink its a very difficult decision to make. And but the department of justice has an on going institutional responsibility and i think to have the office, to put the best lawyer, i would put or cliff, i wouldnt put them as head of llc. This is a bit to be no disrespect from the individual. I think the institutional arrangements that make that into play. I felt good. I had a white house player. So im every other day i went to the white house and went from office to office and said what are you doing that youre not telling me about that i need to know. But i think thats where you need to center the authority, th

Theres a shelter but a lot of people telling us they did not want to go to the shelter. As we take a walk we can see same amount in the homes as well. People are saying theyve lost everything. As you can see, this entire Mobile Home Park filled. A lot of people reluctant to go to the shelter. They were worried about their pets. We are told that the shelter they can go
