Dynamic winemakers Leon Esterhuizen and Mike Dawson use progressive methods both in the cellar and vineyards. These include a minimal intervention philosophy, carbonic maceration, and fermentation and ageing in amphorae and concrete eggs.

TV presenter Phillip Schofield has launched an Italian wine in Garçonâs pioneering flat bottle, making him the first celebrity to adopt the eco-friendly packaging.
Schofieldâs organic Nero di Troia from Puglia, which is normally sold in a 2.25 litre bag-in-box, has gone on sale in Garçonâs 75cl flat bottles, which are made from 100% recycled PET plastic.
The lightweight design, perfectly suited to our e-commerce era, recently scooped a wine packaging innovation award at The Drinks Business Green Awards 2020.
