Honor Bank is making it rain all to celebrate the opening of their new branch in downtown Traverse City.
The bank teamed up with the Downtown Development Authority to distribute $5,000 worth of gift certificates to local businesses.
They’re going to hide 100 envelopes with $10 gift certificates inside throughout the downtown area.
Honor Bank hopes it will add an extra incentive to explore downtown and maybe find a new favorite spot.
“You know people are looking for stuff to do in the spring and April is a beautiful time to come downtown and support our small businesses, so we’re hoping that people will come support our small businesses and restaurants,” said Ashlea Walter, Director of Marketing Communications.
