Frederick, howard and anne arundel schools will close three hours early. Montgomery schools will close two and a half hours early. Charles and Prince Georges County schools will close two hours early. Afternoon and evening activities including the board of education meeting are canceled. In virginia, Prince William county schools are closing three hours early. Arlington and alexandria city will close two hours early.
