shannon: a top homeland security official is on leave after being accused of cultivating what is called a frat house atmosphere on the job. doug mcel way has the details. the discrimination lawsuit filed against homeland security secretary janet napolitano is full of accusations of female favoritism under the secretary. the plaintiff alleges that napolitano passed him over for a key job at immigration and customs in favor of her friend. the suit says she enjoyed a long standing relationship with the secretary and he leaved he was being replaced because of this relationship and because was not female. it alleges a lewd come on by a high ranking napolitano appointee. at some point during the conversation i witnessed
acceleration sparking massive recalls, and ten months later a new government could provide potentially some crucial new insight on what exactly happened. doug mcel way is live from washington with this story. what can we expect from this studiesome is. reporter: one source tells me, jenna, there will be no smoking gun. after ten months of intensive study by some of the best engineering minds in the country, don t look for any breakthrough findings about some electronic gremlin in toyotas. toyota has steadfastly maintained there is no electronic problem, that all of those accidents, injuries and deaths were attributable to the floor mat problem that was recalled and also to a few incidences of sticky pedals and to people putting their foot on the wrong pedal, something that has been documented in an interim study of some toyotas equipped with black boxes. jenna: you listen to that 911 call, and you think about some of the harrowing incidences we heard about last year and the victims i
