we ve spoken with health care providers from all over the country who have converged on this volunteer effort. it really has been heart warming. that is the best of america. ed, speaking of the best of america, are you hearing from folks there that they believe something will be done. the best of who we are and what we are will be solved in washington? this free health care clinic couldn t come at a better time. the president spoke today to the democrats, said we ve got to finish the job on this. this story will keep it out in the forefront of the minds of americans that there are still 47 million americans that don t have help. then, of course, there are other millions of americans who can t afford it as insurance premiums go up and small businesses get strapped throughout this country. this story here is not about unemployed people showing up looking for health care who haven t seen a doctor in a long time. we ve run into a lot of people today, one gentleman has three jobs, two j

elderly man in his 70s, had a medical episode while driving and crashed into the lobby of the edgewater casino, in laughlin, nevada, 90 miles south of las vegas. two people pronounced dead at the scene. a couple of other people were treated. again, a medical episode involving a 70-year-old driver who crashed into the lobby of a casino in laughlin, nevada, killing two people. we ll keep an eye on that. we should have more video from the scene shortly. washington may be debating health care reform but there s nonprofit groups helping uninsured americans who need help right now. ed schultz reports on the national association that provides free roving health care. ed, it s great to see you at an event like this. it s great to hear firsthand about these people we talk about in an abstract way, especially in washington. but you get to hear their stories personally while you re there. well, tamron, i ve said many
