FOND DU LAC - A few familiar faces have joined the Advisory Park Board, among other appointments the City Council approved this month.
At Wednesday s meeting, the council approved three new members for the board: Lawrence Foster, a former city council candidate from this year; Amy Schingen, one of the leaders of a group that had opposed the Lakeside Park development; and Elizabeth Morrell, who was the executive director of The Arc Fond du Lac.
They join City Council Vice President Patrick Mullen, Fond du Lac Recreation Department s Renee Wagner and citizen members Shawn McCrary, Velesca Fleischman, Douglas Teletzke and Brian Johnson.
