First responders working on the person who was shot presumably the attempted robber. San jose police tell us that he was shot by the store Security Guard and suffered at least one gunshot wound. That man was rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries and it appears there were several people around the store at the time of the shooting around 8 30. The Child Tax Credit will double to 2,000, and the individual Health Care Mandate is eliminated. Thats projected to increase premiums by 10 and result in 1 million more people without insurance over the next decade.
