going to play in a court of law. none of the soundbites biden drops attorneys or importantly, staff, anything that donald trump said in his interview on those false news networks or that he posts on his social media platform, those statements are never going to see the inside of a courtroom, because statements that a defendant makes or his lawyer makes outside of a courtroom i hearsay. they can t be introduced by the defense at trial. compare and contrast that to the rule of evidence that permits a prosecutor to introduce incriminating statements of a defendant. at the end of the day, if donald trump wants to try to prove that he really believed there was fraud, he will have to and we all know how it s gonna turn out for donald trump. then why do they do this?

any of the myriad issues in this case, but i think we re going to get an incredibly fair judge who will work very hard to do the right thing, whatever that writing is on any particular issue that comes before her in this trial. one thing i am concerned about, steph, we talked a moment ago about the historic nature of this trial, particularly because trump and his cronies are so, they use the spin machine to sow disinformation about what he did or what the trial system is like. i think it s important for everyone to understand right now there is no provision for this trial to be covered on television, live or otherwise. and so we re only going to get news reports of what happened, and that, to me, is unconscionable. and i think everyone needs to figure out, how can this trial get televised, this is storage trial, one of the most important in our nation s history, so everyone can see it for themselves, find out what is happening, and watch judge
