CINCINNATI (FOX19) - While several businesses have had help wanted signs in their windows for weeks, there has been no shortage of real estate agents.
There are lots of buyers and not enough sellers in the housing market right now, according to Anne Petit, who is the superintendent of the Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing.
Petit says while you may have trouble finding a home, thanks to the pandemic, you’ll have no trouble finding an agent as record numbers of licensees have entered the game.

A former Larimer County Realtor turned himself in at the Weld County Jail on Tuesday after being charged with stealing more than $850,000 from at least 15 victims in a Windsor condominium deal.
Bret Lamperes, 51, of Berthoud, under the name Investments of Windsor LLC, sold 29 condominiums in the Grasslands Park project in 2015, but only eight of the 29 condos were built, according to the Weld County District Attorney s Office.
He is charged with theft, money laundering, two counts of filing a false tax return and tax evasion. Investigators believe he stole $852,510 from 15 victims who invested money in the project.
Lamperes permanently lost his real estate license in August after an investigation by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Real Estate. He was censured by the Colorado Real Estate Commission and fined $57,500.
