CONCORD — The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services announced this week that as of Wednesday, New Hampshire’s Alternative Treatment Centers are allowed to dispense
Effective Wednesday, June 28, 2023, New Hampshire’s Alternative Treatment Centers (ATCs) are able to dispense therapeutic cannabis to visitors from out of state and from Canada that are certified to receive therapeutic cannabis in their state or province.
Testing is recommended for all adults ages 18 and older at least once in their lifetime, all pregnant individuals early during each pregnancy, infants born to people with hepatitis B infection, and any person who requests hepatitis B testing. Periodic testing should be offered to people with risk factors for exposure to hepatitis B. Testing is key to reducing the transmission, morbidity, and mortality of hepatitis B.
