happened. you lost two democrats yesterday, not a single republican voted yes. if you couldn t win over one republican for a process vote, do you have any realistic hope of winning anyone over for an actual impeachment vote? if you don t, does this end up just looking like a partisan endeavor. unfortunately the president has done a tremendous job of dividing congress. you know, the constitution states what are misdemeanors and high crimes and it s a, b, c. it s abuse, betrayal and it s also the corruption. so many people have forgotten all the other charges. i sit on government oversight. there has been a tremendous amount of activity that has been identified as being corruption, as being inappropriate.

all the affordable provisions of the affordable care act. one who has agreed with the president on some things, such as his pick for attorney general. let me read you part of judge o connor s decision. individual mandate can no longer be fairly read as an exercise of congress tax power and still impermissible under the interstate commerce clause meaning the individual mandate is unconstitutional. he says if you don t have the individual mandate the whole thing has to go. the second part is the rub. i say senator collins is right. here is the misstep in the opinion. judge o connor did say the individual main date falls. then he said congress would care so much about the individual mandate it wouldn t want the rest of the statute to stand.
discourse of the u.s., in a very divided time to support the president, in your view, would that be equally concerning? certainly. absolutely, jim. the fact that the russians, through surrogates or whatever mechanism, continued to involve themselves in our political processes, in the end, is a threat to our democracy as they attempt to undermine it. in the run-up to the election or afterwards. as you know, the intelligence community, fbi, law enforcement, they cited a number of russians, congress as well. often in a bipartisan way has fought to defend against this kind of interference. but the president, as you know, has often touted the importance of the interference, doubted e the can they flauns this kind
